Returns & Exchanges

At Minky Couture, we want you to be completely wrapped in comfort. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unwashed, unused items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your minky blanket and place it in its original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the item is inspected.
